FULLARD FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP

Welcome to Fullard Family Scholarship website, where we help dreams meet opportunity.

Our scholarship is to help students of Mullins High School to achieve a higher education. We believe in recognizing talent, fostering growth, and creating a brighter future to a selected student each year.

Fullard Family Scholarship was created as a dedication to the Fullard family members that worked within Mullins School District and helped make it possible for many children to have a brighter future.
ABOUT US

Fullard Family Scholarship was founded in dedication of Joseph Fullard, Jacqueline Fullard, Francena Bowman, and Helen Fullard.

Joseph Fullard (First) also known as Mr. Joe worked as a Custodian for 20+ years at McCormick Elementary. His children are Angela, Steven, Joanna, and Hope.
Mr. Joe was always around, always making you feel good about yourself, always uplifting.  No matter what kind of day you were having, Mr. Joe was always able to put a smile on your face.  He seemed to make the world brighter and didn't care what walk of life you came from.  He wanted to see kids smile.  He had the spirit of a lion but a heart of gold.

Jacquelyne Fullard (second) was a Teacher's Aide at Mullins Elementary School for numerous years until she pursued a job as an Early childhood educator in Walterboro SC.

Francena Bowman (third) was a teacher for 35 years which included teaching at Mulllins Elementary School.  Her children are Michael and Sharon Bowman.

Helen Fullard (fourth) also known as Ms. Helen was a bus driver and cook at Mullins High School for over 10 years.  Her children are Jason, Noel, and Marvin.
Ms. Helen devoted ten years of service as a remarkable bus driver and served in the culinary arts at Mullins High School.  She cultivated the students and people of Mullins and South Carolina by introducing them to the sweet, rhythmic tropical sounds of the steel pan, harmonica, and culture from her native home of Trinidad and Tobago.
